One of the most bitter pills that a guy can be forced to swallow is knowing that the female friend that he has a crush on is not going to fall in love with him. Most men make the mistake of becoming friends with women that they are attracted to, and then when they realize that they are in the friend zone with her...it's too late! And most guys also live by the notion that you cannot turn her around once you are DEEP in the friend zone with a woman.
Well, you know what? It's not entirely true.
I can still remember the shock and the amazement that all of my guy friends had when I turned a woman who I was friends with into something more, and we had been good friends for a LONG time. Most of my buddies swore up and down that it was impossible, and then they had to shake their head in disbelief when the two of us came up one day, obviously as a couple and not just friends.
So, how did I do it? Well, it was not the easiest thing in the world to do, but it was DEFINITELY worth it! Here's how YOU can get started turning your female friend into your lover, your girlfriend, or whatever you want her to be:
1. You have to break away from her for awhile.
When I turned my friend into my girlfriend, I had allowed a month to go by where we did not see or speak to each other that much. The thing is, you cannot make it seem like you are purposely doing this. You just have to keep busy and kind of act like you are off doing other things. This space in time is really IMPORTANT.
2. She NEEDS to hear that you are doing good and seeing other women besides her.
Even though she may not be your girlfriend yet, she probably thinks of you as being ?hers" in a way. So, when she finds out that you are doing good with your life and that you are out there attracting other women, her thoughts are going to turn from just thinking of you in a platonic way, to thinking of you as almost a jealous girlfriend. This is a good thing, because then she starts to see YOU as boyfriend material.
3. You need to start treating her like a woman that you are pursuing and not a woman that you are just friends with.
A lot of the changes have to be in the way that YOU act around her. See, after a while when you realize that you are in the friend zone, you are going to end up acting like a friend. Sure, you may flirt with her a little, but pretty much all female and male friendships have that going on. You need to start acting the way that you do when you are with a girl that you are trying to get into a relationship with, not be friends with.
